HELGA VAN KAMPEN -
Authorized Practitioner Trainer, Associate and Mentor of the Partnership Brokers Association

Helga is a partnership specialist, working independently since 2011. As an Accredited Partnership Broker, she supports complex global partnerships in developing, managing, reviewing and moving on processes. Helga supports professionals in the HOW of collaboration. She has worked with a wide variety of organisations from all sectors (Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Humanitarian and Development Sector, Women Rights organisations, the corporate sector such as Microsoft, Rabobank Foundation as well as multi-stakeholder alliances). Her work is done in many different countries (recently Ethiopia, South-Sudan, border area South Turkey-North Syria, Nigeria, DR Congo, Egypt).  

During the training there will be resource persons supporting the training. All are highly experienced pratitioners.

RITA DIELEMAN - Accredited Partnership Broker and Associate of the Partnership Brokers Association 

Rita is specialized in action-research on project-, programme- and organizational level, and works mostly with NGO’s, knowledge institutes and companies involved in social and sustainable development.  She supports organizations in how to put learnings into practice in a participatory way. Together with Helga van Kampen she developed the Partnership Learning Loop to assess the partnership process as she believes that the wellbeing of the collaboration itself effects the results of joint programmes.  She is an accredited partnership broker trained by the Partnership Brokers Association. 

 

Ralph Schreinmacher -

Ralph is an experienced trainer and organizational consultant in the field of collaboration and inclusive decision-making within public institutions. In his work, he naturally fulfils the role of broker and connector. Working on sustainable solutions to issues in society requires the involvement of many stakeholders. This requires multi-stakeholder collaboration and inclusive decision-making processes. He wants to contribute to this in the coming years.
